John & Sally have been running The Denes Guesthouse since April 2000 and we still enjoy welcoming new guests in addition to our many returning guests. Perhaps its the splendor of Exmoor, or the charms and antiquity of Lynton and Lynmouth, or maybe the warmth of our welcome and generous hospitality that makes The Denes an idyllic place to stay.
